INDEMNIFICATION You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ADRI NCLEX-PN, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of the use of ADRI NCLEX-PN by you or your Account. 9. TERMINATION Either ADRI NCLEX-PN or you may terminate this Agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, ADRI NCLEX-PN shall have the right to immediately terminate your Account in the event of any conduct by you which ADRI NCLEX-PN, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach of this Agreement. 10. COPYRIGHT NOTICE ADRI NCLEX-PN, its logos are trademarks of ADRI NCLEX-PN Ltd. All rights reserved. All other trademarks appearing on ADRI NCLEX-PN are the property of their respective owners. 11.
